I have to tell the truth, I woudn't know how to start without this spontaneous applause that comes from the heart. So "Brontolo" today talks about prisons, talks about prisons, in the past we have dealt with big topics in the Friday episode, trying to analyze them them in various stages, for example the house or the car. This time we talk about prisons. 800 550 269 the toll free number to join the direct, the mail is always This email address is being protected from spambots. For the closing story of today I wanted to start by showing you some images, these are images of one of those places that put a little fear in you, well a lot actually. These are images that we usually see in movies, but in those American movies with Sylvester Stallone. Look what a place, this is a prison, a U.S. prison where an Italian, one of our fellow countryman, was held with a slanderous accusation of Sexual Violence. A crime of which he has always claimed innocence and which, instead, earned him a sentence to 8 years of prison. A sentence that he served in the United States in one of those prisons so fearful and where scary things happen.
I already said that he has always maintained his innocence to the point of refusing a plea bargain. If he had bargained, he would heve been released quickly, after few months, instead he said "no, I am not confessing because I am innocent", and he spent 8 years in prison.
An absolutely dramatic experience from which he would like to exit definitely, he would like to be completely rehabilitated.
I will let you meet him. He will tell us his story. He's Carlo Parlanti.
Together with Carlo Parlanti, good morning Carlo, there is attorney Francesca Carnicelli who is his legal.
In short Carlo I would say a bad experience, isn't it?
